Our knowledge of team building comes, in part, from building our own team at NexLevel Challenge.

Beth Fredeen, Partner

Beth is committed to helping others create more profound and workable relationships with everyone in their lives—from family members to business colleagues. Beth’s formula for success, to ensure lasting results, is to understand who you are, to work to your strengths, to recognize the diversity of your team and then to add an experiential component that puts the fun back into learning and life.

Beth’s passion has always been to help people live to their full potential in a positive environment both in school or business. She originally founded NexLevel Challenge to pursue that dream and, as a supporter of a bully free environment, has partnered with a variety of educational wellness programs & schools, providing youth the opportunity to develop confidence and valuable life skills.

Beth’s 30+ years of experience in finance, operations and management provides a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced every day in the workplace. She has dealt personally with the politics, inter-personal challenges, and barriers to clear communication. That’s why she loves seeing leaders learn how to be more effective so their teams, families, and organizations can benefit!

Beth is a Certified Emergenetics Associate, a professionally certified Level 2 Challenge Course Practitioner and has her certification in American Red Cross Wilderness and Remote First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
